Stand Space at The Great British Salsa Experience 2010

GBSEx is the largest UK Salsa Congress with approximately 1500 dancers attending from all over the world. It provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and not only sell but also increase awareness of their brand to a ‘captured’ market.

At GBSExIII we are offering a limited number of pitches for sale to vendors selling clothing, shoes, jewellery, CDs, DVDs, health and beauty products, photography, dance holidays etc, etc. Last year we sold out of stand space, so please book early to avoid disappointment..


Stand Locations

All stand space is situated along the main thoroughfares within the venue to maximise traffic. They will also be located next to the two main ‘social’ areas where dancers congregate. We will be restricting the total number of stands to maximise space per stand and we will be restricting stands of the same type so that it’s a worthwhile trip for all Vendors. Pricing Details

Single Pitch (6ft x 2ft table) = £275
Double Pitch (12ft x 2ft table) = £375

Bigger pitches may be available upon request.

Price includes:-

• 1 or 2 trestle tables per pitch (dependent on size of pitch)
• 2 chairs per pitch (additional chairs may be available up to a maximum of 2)
• Banner on the GBSEx website
• Banner in the ‘Will Be Appearing At GBSEx’ section in 1 x GBSEx e-newsletter
• Listing in the GBSEx event brochure/pdf
• 2 x GBSEx0 tickets*

*Each stand booking includes 2 tickets for 2 members of your staff. These tickets give your staff entrance to the venue (excluding workshops and shows) throughout the weekend. If you require further staffing for your stand, tickets must be purchased at the full, published price.

Trading Times

Exact trading times are yet to be confirmed – however trade will be from the Friday evening (during registration), all day & evening Saturday and all day Sunday up to approx 7pm.
